An employee is crucial in any company. Not only does he need his manager, but the manager needs him as well.
An employee is not a person who is given only order; the manager needs his ideas too.
An employee doesn’t work only in the company_he has many problems in his life.
An employee is not a machine_he has feelings and emotions.
An employee is not always ready to do his work_he can be sick or tired.
An employee is not always happy in the company_the manager must do his best to make him happy.
An employee deserves the most respect that can be given.
An employee is not always perfect_he sometimes needs information.
An employee is not always well paid_the manager must give him what he needs.
