The Ten commandments
of a Successful Diet

1- Do not skip any meal.
2- Do not eat between meals.
3- Prefer fruits and vegetables to chocolate and sweets.
4- Drink 1.5L of water daily.
5- Practice any kind of sport at least half an hour daily.
6- Have a balanced breakfast.
7- Have a light dinner.
8- Do not go to sleep directly after having your dinner.
9- Do not drink alchohol or sweetened drinks.
10- If these commandments didn’t help you, your case is hopeless,
so consult a dietitian urgently.
